Hi
Revenue reporting has obviously improved recently, but I think could still be better!
Ideally, for me, I'd like to see 4 columns:
Pending | Confirmed | Paid | Declined
So that each commission amount starts in Pending, then hopefully moves to Confirmed, then Paid. But, if declined, doesn't just disappear, but moves to the Declined column.
Ideally, the link through to the individual transactions would be retained in all columns. This would then make it very clear, at a glance, what payments are due, have been paid or were declined. Once a pending payment enters the system, it never leaves, just gets allocated to the appropriate column. (If that becomes a problem, maybe payments say, 12 months after being either paid or declined could be removed).
At the moment, the current system is still not particularly clear, especially for older pending transactions, which seem to disappear - I'm never sure if they've been paid, declined or just removed!
