tracking transactions during storeburst changes

With all the upheaval, changes, bugs and updates over last couple of months or so, how can we be sure stores are fully tracking transactions due to them?
Do you have an audit process or something similiar to ensure fully tracking no matter the changes.

I can absolutely confirm that the tracking has been working throughout the period. The issue has been making sure the feeds are working correctly and with the correct prices, images, etc.

It may be an isolated issue with my account only but i am 99% certain that my stores are not tracking correctly looking at my stats and trends and also this even extends to the payment mechanism for old transactions which i have discussed with you before 2 months ago.

So 3 very major issues with my account .
1- no payment since july even though there was some small revenue
2- stores do not seem to be tracking properly for at least 2 months click/coversions ratios totally messed up
3- most pending transactions are not converting to confirmed - have around 15 transactions some over 5 months old

Any progress with this? i am now 100% certain of there being the major issues as i outlined....it is very frustrating given the work and promotion efforts i have put into stores over last 3 months

Hi admin,

I have noticed that all my 40 plus transactions for 4 months sept - dec 2009 which were not appearing at all in my account have now appeared and also older ones have now been confirmed.
This is finally some good news, i take it there was a big problem with my account?
However, i have also noticed that jan 2010 is not showing any transactions, despite a huge number of clicks so i have to assume the problem is back or my account is now being manually allocated at the end of each month?

Also no payment was recieved on 1st of february? This makes July 09 last time i got a payment.

Hi Dan,

As per my email to you, there was an issue which came about when AW changed their feed structure.

We have now rectified this and are sorting out Jan so it doesn't happen again.
