No products on all stores

Hi Dave,

Just noticed that there are no products showing on any of my store home pages, and if I click any of the quick menu links, where there was always products for the link keyword, most are now showing no products and saying:

There are no search results for this criteria

Checked some other stores including your bmx one and that has no products showing either.

Also noticed the stores were lagging when loading yesterday, same today.

The no products on home pages only seems to be affecting stores that are using the Smooth (BETA) template, on an older store of mine at www.excercisebike.co.uk that's still using the custom template, products are showing there, but not showing any exercise bikes as it was before, and showing nothing on the menu links like with the smooth beta version, and as per another post in this support section, the images are huge and half of each right hand side product image is missing.

Actually, just looked at some of your partner sites listed on your bmx store and they are all displaying products properly.

Any update on a fix for any of these?

I see that full products are now listed on most of my stores again, an example of one that isn't showing all the products from the feed like it was previousy is www.carbonbikeframe.co.uk

Also, with a lot of the products on the store home pages, where when you click the products to go to the products description page and then click "go to store", it doesn't go to the store now, a new window opens but it just shows this url in the browser for any product that's clicked is http://www.mountainbikeframes.co.uk/direct.php

iv got products missing on my sites aswell, payg.me.uk has no mobiles anymore :confused:

Sorry guys, as you can see, we have been having some issues with the new database since we switched to all the feeds over.

As you can see we are gradually sorting out any issues (including lots of scripting).

We are working on it! :(
