Welcome to the forums!

Currently, the feature is not working and we will be removing it over the next week or so until we cah find a way of removing products without an image.

The problem we have is that we are at the mercy of the retailers datafeeds, and each retailer calls their 'no image' image something different. Subsequently, it is very difficult to detect this when we have over 600 retailers and growing.

We are due to test another method, but I am making no promises on this at this stage.

Obviously, some retailers are better than others when it comes to images!

One thing I've been doing, which helps a bit, is to set the minimum value for items to list (shop properties) at anything other than the default £0. This seems to weed out some of the old / out of stock etc products.

Probably over simplifying things - but something, somewhere must be telling something to display the 'no image available' picture - can't this somehow be used to instead stop the item from listing?

Hi Suzi,

The problem is that they aren't our 'no image' images, but the retailers, and they are all using different ones, with different URL's, so they basically look to us like a 'real' picture'.
